Success Story 2025

The Armenian SME Export Training Programme, implemented by the Visionest Institute in collaboration with ESTDEV (Estonian Development Cooperation) and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, was a comprehensive initiative conducted between March and December 2025. The programme aimed to equip Armenian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the practical knowledge and systematic frameworks necessary to enter and grow in international markets.

A core performance indicator for the programme was the "paper-to-practice" transition. The evaluation confirmed that 100% of graduates initiated at least one concrete export action before the programme concluded.
