
Visionest Institute OÜ / digital magazine (formerly Director) customer data processing principles
1. When placing an order, we ask the customer for the following personal data: first and last name, contact phone number and e-mail address.
1.1. If the recipient of the order and the payer for the order are different, the customer must provide the data specified in point 1 for both.
2. Main purposes of processing the customer's personal data:
2.1. Identifying the customer.
2.2. Fulfilling obligations to the customer: providing web access.
2.3. Communicating with the customer in connection with the Director order: extending the order, sharing order information, providing online services - ensuring the ability to read articles.
2.4. Managing the customer base.
2.5. Organizing campaigns and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
2.6. Ensuring the fulfillment of the customer's payment obligation, sending a reminder about the expiration of orders.
2.7. Analyzing the customer's consumption behavior in sales channels.
2.8. Fulfilling the obligations provided for by law or implementing the uses permitted by law.
3. In addition to the customer's published personal data, Visionest Institute OÜ has the right to check and supplement his personal data with data obtained from public sources and other legally accessible sources.
4. The customer grants Visionest Institute OÜ the right to disclose his personal data to persons with whom Visionest Institute OÜ cooperates to fulfill orders, etc. Such persons include IT partners and persons mediating or providing the ordering option (e-invoice standing order, etc.) and similar institutions and organizations. Visionest Institute OÜ does not transfer, rent or otherwise transfer customer data to third parties or for the use of third parties.
5. When processing personal data, the client has all the rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Act, the most important of which are:
5.1. The right to receive information from Visionest Institute OÜ about the personal data collected about him.
5.2. The right to demand the correction of incorrect personal data.
5.3. The right to prohibit the use of his contact details for sending advertising and offers.
5.4. The right to demand the termination of the processing of personal data if the processing of personal data is not permitted by law.
5.5. The right to contact Visionest Institute OÜ, the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court if he finds that his rights have been violated in the processing of personal data.
6. Notices related to the performance of the Agreement (e.g. a reminder to perform an obligation arising from the Agreement) are not considered advertising and offers.
7. On the website director.ee we use cookies that help collect information about the number of visits to the page. In addition, we use the automatic data collection program Google Analytics.
8. Sharing of personal data
8.1. We use the Mailchimp program to send newsletters, which can be registered on our websites or during trainings. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
8.2. We send billing information to an accounting firm.
8.3. If necessary, we send information about debts (including the client's personal identification number, the date of the occurrence and termination of the payment default and the amount) to the payment default register, which is maintained by AS Creditinfo Eesti (register code 10256137) and which users of the payment default register (e.g. banks, employers, etc.) use to make credit decisions and to check the background of contractual partners.
8.4. In order to protect our rights and interests, we may also forward data related to the violation of obligations to collection companies, legal advisors, the court and other persons and institutions that are involved in processing the relevant claims.
8.5. By submitting a magazine subscription online, we transfer the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
9. Storage of personal data
9.1. We store personal data in Google Drive, in the sales software Scoro, in the direct marketing software Mailchimp and in the magazine subscriber database, which is only accessible to employees who need this information in their work.
9.2. Employees' employment contracts stipulate the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of customer data and liability for breach of this important obligation.
9.3. Our employees use a named e-mail address for exchanging work-related information, which is why information containing personal data also travels securely through the e-mail server of the reliable service provider (OÜ Zone Media) used by us.
10. Data storage
10.1. We store subscriber information for 7 years after the subscription ends.
10.2. We send newsletter information for as long as you wish. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the special link in the newsletter.
You have the right to:
receive information about the personal data collected about you and their processing, including the right to receive a free copy of the personal data being processed;
object to the processing of personal data;
demand correction or addition of personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
demand deletion of personal data;
demand restriction of personal data processing;
partially or fully withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data;
contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or to the court
The client has the right to access his/her client data via e-mail director@visionest.institute or by phone (+372) 668 4770. If the client data has changed or is incorrect for any other reason, the client must notify this via director@visionest.institute or by phone (+372) 668 4770.
11. The editorial staff of the online publication Director/Inseneeria has the right to edit the received articles. The articles, photos and illustrations published in the publication are copyrighted works.
12. The company's CEO Anu-Mall Naarits, who has completed relevant training, is responsible for data protection.
General digital magazine (formerly Director) subscription terms
1. The subscriber has the right to receive the magazine Director (hereinafter: publication) for the ordered period via the Internet.
1.2. The subscriber has the right to subscribe to the publication at the price and with fixed terms set by Visionest Institute OÜ (hereinafter: publisher).
1.3. The subscriber has the right to submit claims regarding the publication to the publisher's customer service Visionest Institute OÜ, Peterburi tee 2, Tallinn, phone +372 668 4770.
1.4. The subscriber has the right to demand cancellation of the subscription if Visionest Institute OÜ violates its obligations under this agreement at least 3 times. To cancel the subscription, the subscriber must submit a written application to Visionest Institute OÜ, which also specifies the reason for the cancellation.
1.5. In the event of cancellation of the subscription, the subscriber has the right to claim back the cost of the subscription from the date of cancellation until the end of the subscription period. Visionest Institute OÜ will deduct 10% of this as cancellation costs, but not less than €3.20. In the written application submitted to cancel the order, the subscriber must indicate the bank account number and its owner. Visionest Institute OÜ does not make cash refunds. In the event of cancellation of the order, Visionest Institute OÜ will transfer the amount to be paid to the bank account indicated by the subscriber in the written application within a month. Visionest Institute OÜ does not make refunds if the order has been completed with free added value. The subscriber is not obliged to pay a cancellation fee if the reason for canceling the order is proven to be that the publisher does not enter customer data into the subscriber database of Director magazine.
2. Subscriber obligations:
2.1. When completing the order, the subscriber is obliged to provide the necessary information for the order: first and last name, contact phone number and e-mail address for creating a digital account.
2.2 If the recipient of the order and the payer for the order are different, the subscriber must provide the data specified in clause 2.1 for both.
2.3. The subscriber shall pay for the order on time and in full.
2.4 By placing the order, the subscriber confirms that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and undertakes to comply with them.
3. Rights of the publisher:
3.1. The publisher has the right to establish the subscription price and other subscription terms for the publication. It is recommended that the publisher inform the subscriber of changes to the subscription price and terms 14 days before they enter into force or change
3.2. The publisher has the right to suspend or terminate the publication of the publication in part or in full. It is recommended that the publisher inform the subscriber of this 7 days before the relevant decision enters into force. The publisher undertakes to make a refund for the amount of time not received until the paid order is completed. The refund must be made within two months of issuing the relevant notice. The refund will be made to the payer's account from which the previous payment for the order was received.
3.4. If the subscriber does not fulfill the obligations set out in clause 2 of the agreement, the publisher does not guarantee the entry into force of the order and this is not considered a breach of the agreement by the publisher
3.5. The publisher has the right to demand that the subscriber fulfill clauses 2.1., 2.2., 2.3 and 2.4. of the agreement. If the subscriber does not do this within 14 days, the publisher has the right to suspend or terminate the execution of the order. The amount paid for the order will be returned to the customer's account.
3.6. The publisher has the right to use the subscriber's contact details specified in clause 2.1. to make various offers regarding the publisher's products. If the subscriber does not wish to receive these offers, the subscriber must inform the publisher in writing by post to the following address: Visionest Institute OÜ, Peterburi tee 2, Tallinn or by e-mail to director@visionest.institute
4. Publisher's obligations:
4.1. If the subscriber fulfills all obligations set out in the agreement, Visionest Institute OÜ guarantees the fulfillment of the order for the publication Director in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
5. Delivery terms:
5.1. The right to read the publication on director.ee is transferred to the client immediately after the order is placed.
6. Payment by installments:
6.1 To pay by installments, the client selects the option “Monthly installments” on the website.
6.2 In the case of a subscription by installments, the subscription is automatically extended on a monthly basis until the client has notified in writing of his wish to terminate the subscription. For each monthly payment paid, he receives one month of digital reading.
6.3 The billing date for standing orders is the 1st day of each month, regardless of the date on which the customer joined the standing orders.
EXAMPLE: If the customer joined the standing orders on 18.03, then the monthly payment for the period 18.03.- 18.04. will be charged to their card immediately. The next billing date is 01.04. and covers the period 19.04.- 18.05.
6.4 If the customer wishes to terminate an order made with a standing order, he must notify the e-mail address director@visionest. institute. If the customer sends a request to terminate the standing order earlier than 5 working days before the end of the month, the monthly payment will not be applied in the following month. If the customer sends a request to terminate the standing order later than 5 working days before the end of the month, the monthly payment will be applied in the following month and the order will end in the month after that.
6.5 Refunds are not made.
