Working with us is easy and effective.
We contribute from idea creation to impact assessment
- We actively organize various study tours, during which we visit companies. During these meetings, we come to the company with the right target group, who are mostly people from the same field. The goal of the study tour is to introduce the participants to successful and unique companies whose experience other actors can learn from. The hosting company, receiving the study tour participants, gives them the opportunity to share their experience and create new relationships.
- We organize large and small trainings all over Estonia and are looking for exciting training locations that would make the learning experience more interesting and diverse. If you have such a training space, let us know!
- We are looking for practitioners to join our training programs who would share their experience as an entrepreneur, practitioner or project initiator. This gives participants the opportunity to hear the experiences of experts in their field and the practitioner the opportunity to introduce their activities, make new contacts and contribute to the development of the field. We have used interns in export, tourism, food production, culture and many other fields.

We work with partners and supporters whose trust has helped grow our programs internationally.
Visionest Institute is registered as a continuing education provider in the Estonian Education Information System (EHIS).
We follow the Estonian Adult Education Act in our activities.

Free last minute offers for NGOs
Marketing competence is essential in NGOs. Usually, the resources of NGOs are extremely limited, and our opportunity is to support NGOs with free training. We offer NGOs the opportunity to participate in public marketing and entrepreneurship training courses for free, if there are vacancies.
To participate, send a letter of motivation to info@visionest.institute and we will add you to the waiting list. If there are vacancies, we will invite representatives of NGOs selected from the waiting list to the training, notifying them one day in advance.
