We select the best practitioners in their field as trainers, who are willing to pass on their knowledge and experience. Trainers are people who have at least 10 years of work experience in the field being trained and who improve their knowledge in this field for at least 10 hours every year.

All trainers prepare the training program in cooperation with the lead trainer, ensuring the selection of suitable training methodologies.

We constantly pilot different training methods to select the best ones. Trainings are audited regularly.

The qualifications of our employees are developed at various training courses and conferences.

The training room is well lit and ventilated, equipped with modern presentation equipment, WiFi networks and a sufficient number of power outlets, and is located in an easily accessible location.

The training is supported by an electronic learning environment with additional learning materials and networking opportunities for both the pre- and post-training period.

At the end of each training day, we collect personalized feedback from participants, which forms the basis for our development activities.
